thats true the binding order effects that too , i had 2 NICs but only one of them is functioning , so its better to disable the 2nd NIC if its not in use .

		<description>Great article! I just worked through this one on my Exchange Server 2003 install. I ended up changing the network interface binding order to get it working again. This particular server had another network card on an isolated network and Windows decided to use it for AD traffic all of the sudden. If you forgot how to do this on Windows Server 2003, like I did, see http://kerpau.net/all-global-catalog-servers-in-use-are-not-responding-on-exchange-server-2003/ for a walk through.</description>
